Outsourcing of Building Operation

Our simplex Engineering Division provides in-house personnel for our customers with staffing designed to meet their needs. Some of our complex installations, where continuous operation is critical, are staffed by Simplex engineers seven days a week, twenty four hours a day. These engineers maintain sophisticated environmental control equipment, implement preventive maintenance programs, and supervise, retrofit and up-grade these systems when required.
